問題描述    :
    在承租的網路空間DB匯入資料時，出現 MySQL回應 :
    #1227 - Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation

解決方法    :
    
    租用雲端空間，有時業者不一定會提供 SUPER ，
    那這時候就只要把把類似 DEFINER=`localhost`@`localhost` 這一段給刪除也是可以正常匯入，
    也較不會產生 MySQL回應 : 
    #1227 - Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation
    或是
    #1449 - The user specified as a definer ('localhost'@'localhost') does not exist
